No, the conference itself is free for everyone to attend. However, it costs approximately $100.00 per person to host the conference, and we greatly appreciate any donation you make.s here

Yes, there is limited accommodation available on-site at Riverbend Bible Church. You can choose accommodation options during the registration process.

We offer Kowhai Court, Totara Lodge, and camping sites. Each option has specific details outlined on the booking form.

The cost for meals is $138.00 per person, providing meals from Saturday Breakfast through to Monday Lunch. We do not cater for special diets, sorry.

Yes, there is a children’s program running during all conference general and seminar sessions. Spaces are limited, so please register your children on arrival. There is a cost of $20 per child of $50 per family (3 or more children).

Yes, there is a creche facility for pre-schoolers. Children remain in the care of their parents. However, a volunteer from Riverbend Bible Church is always on hand at the start of every session, and parents are welcome to organize themselves to take turns caring for one another’s children to ensure everyone can participate in the conference sessions.

Meals often sell out and are limited, so please contact impact@riverbend.org.nz, and we will assist you with adding meals to your existing registration (if any are available).

Yes! We have hired another large marquee this year to provide almost double as much floor space as previous years. We want everyone to be able to fellowship over meals, so please go and get your meals and then bring them back to enjoy fellowship together.

We generate giving receipts once the financial year has finished in April. If you have donated before the 31st March, you will receive a giving receipt in April. If you donated after the 31st March, you will receive a giving receipt the following April.
